# Top Tips:

01 -
  • The sauce creates this beautiful caramelized glaze that makes restaurant quality results feel effortless
  • Everything comes together in under 30 minutes with ingredients you probably already have in your pantry
  • The balance of sweet honey and tangy mustard is somehow perfect on salmon
02 -
  • Salmon keeps cooking after you pull it from the oven, so remove it when it's slightly less done than you want
  • The sauce will burn if your oven runs hot, so check at 12 minutes the first time you make this
  • Letting the salmon marinate for 15 minutes before baking makes a huge difference in flavor penetration
03 -
  • Pat your salmon completely dry before adding the sauce for better adhesion
  • Room temperature salmon cooks more evenly than cold straight from the fridge
