02 - 1 cup pitted dates
03 - 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 1/2 cup rolled oats
05 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
07 - 1/8 tsp salt

08 - 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
09 - 2 tbsp shredded coconut
10 - 2 tbsp chopped nuts

# Directions:

01 - Place walnuts, rolled oats, and cocoa powder in a food processor. Pulse until mixture reaches a fine, powdery consistency.
02 - Add pitted dates, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the processor. Blend until mixture sticks together when pressed between fingers.
03 - Check texture—if mixture crumbles, add 1–2 teaspoons water and pulse briefly. Mixture should hold its shape when squeezed.
04 - Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture at a time. Roll between palms to create smooth, uniform balls.
05 - Roll each ball in mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts if desired, pressing gently to adhere.
06 - Place bites in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to firm up. Serve chilled for optimal fudgy texture.
