Pretzel Treats Green Chocolate (Printable Version)

Crunchy pretzels dipped in vibrant green chocolate with optional sprinkles and pistachios for festive bites.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Base

01 - 24 mini pretzel twists

→ Chocolate Coating

02 - 6 oz white chocolate or white chocolate chips
03 - green food coloring gel as needed

→ Toppings (optional)

04 - 2 tbsp colorful sprinkles
05 - 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
06 - 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange pretzels in a single layer.
02 - Place white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth. Alternatively, melt using a double boiler.
03 - Add green food coloring gel to melted chocolate. Stir thoroughly until you achieve your desired shade of vibrant green.
04 - Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each pretzel halfway or fully into the green chocolate. Allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing back on parchment-lined sheet.
05 - Immediately sprinkle coated pretzels with your choice of sprinkles, crushed pistachios, or mini chocolate chips while chocolate is still wet.
06 - Let pretzels set at room temperature for 20–30 minutes, or refrigerate for 10 minutes until chocolate hardens completely. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

# Top Tips:

01 -
  • The sweet salty combination hits every craving button at once
  • They come together in under twenty minutes but look like you spent forever
  • Perfect for parties holidays or that random Tuesday afternoon chocolate attack
02 -
  • Never use liquid food coloring or your chocolate will seize into an unusable grainy mess
  • Work quickly once the pretzels are dipped because chocolate starts setting faster than you expect
03 -
  • Keep a tiny bit of melted chocolate aside uncolored in case you need to adjust the intensity of your green
  • If chocolate thickens while working, add a teaspoon of coconut oil to smooth it out again
