# Top Tips:

01 -
  • Everything cooks in one pan, meaning less cleanup and more time to actually enjoy your meal
  • The sweet and spicy sauce clings to every noodle and vegetable, so each bite is perfectly balanced
02 -
  • Rinsing the noodles with cold water after cooking is the secret to keeping them from becoming a gummy mess
  • Have all ingredients prepped before you start cooking, because stir fry happens fast and waits for no one
03 -
  • Heat your wok until it is literally smoking before adding oil for the best sear and flavor
  • Let the turkey rest for a few minutes after slicing to help it relax and cook more evenly
